RSP builds your mailing list by selecting homeowners in the area who are most likely ready to move. The list is also adaptable to edits.
We make sure to clean up your mailing list by deselecting corporations, LLCs and trusts, so you can be sure you're mailing directly to the owners. You can also select any deselected recipients if you choose to mail to them.
You may also choose to mail the entire list or focus it further by targeting only people who have owned their home for a minimum number of years and, thus, possibly ready to move.
Furthermore, you can expand your mailing list to include additional neighborhoods or your own list.
The Home Value Estimator (HVE) is a FREE real-time lead generation tool available to all agents using our Target Farming Reports or Just Listed/Just Sold Postcards. On each report or postcard, homeowners are drawn to a map of their home and surrounding neighborhood, showing them the various listed and sold homes in their area as well as their own.

The unique code entered by the homeowner ties back to the property and triggers an instant email alert that gives you the homeowner's name, address, phone number, and email address (if available). You will also receive a text alert.
