The Window Envelope
How it gets in the homeowners' hands
Starting with the envelope, everything about your mailing is personalized.
Your color photo and contact information shows through the window. The
homeowner's subdivision/area name is printed clearly to capture their attention.
It is addressed to the owner of record, never "Current Resident."

The Cover Letter (Page 1)
How you stay on homeowners' minds
The cover letter is your chance to personally connect
with your targeted homeowners. The first letter introduces the Report and informs the reader that
you'll be sending this valuable information every 60 days. After your first mailing, you can create
your own cover letters for a truly personal effect, or simply use RSP's
letter of the month. You can be as involved or hands-off as you like! Either way, this personal
contact will ensure that you are recognized as the local real estate expert.

The Report (Pages 2 and 3)
How you become viewed as the Area Expert
Presented in a professional and easy-to-understand format, the Report delivers on homeowners' #1
request for information on current real estate activity in their area.
Your Report will include the following details:
Recently sold MLS listings
Current active and pending listings
Recent comparable sales including list price,
sold price, days on market, and much more!

Most MLS services provide enough data to create Special Analyses that
is shown here as a graph. Results of the analysis are carried forward to the report's cover,
enhancing your image as the area Neighborhood Expert.
You'll also have a chance to display Featured Listings, a section that
showcases your current listings (and/or your agency's) in a whole new way. 30%
of the business generated by the report comes from Buyers calling about your Featured Listings!
