Pricing is simple.  Real Estate reports are mailed every 60 days to a minimum of 300 homeowners.

One-time setup fee $99
Monthly program fee $49
Reports $0.77 each, produced/delivered to owners

A minimum of 6 bi-monthly mailings is required, whereafter participation continues on a month-to-month basis.

RSP is a pay-as-you-go program. If you mail to 300 homeowners, your average cost is just $165 a month.

The average agent in RSP mails to over 600 homeowners (twice the minimum) because of the great results acheived with RSP.

Average sale in target area: $200,000
1 side, 50% of 6% commission = $6,000
Average agent 60% split* = $3,600
x 4 transactions** = $14,400
1st year cost of RSP*** = $2,000

    * Based on a 60% agent split. If your split is higher or lower,
       please adjust your net profit.

  ** Agents average four additional transactions per year after
       the first year of mailing. For most agents, the number of

       mailed every 60 days for 12 months.
