Steven L. Snyder, developer of the Neighborhood Reports and CEO of RSP-USA, Inc., graduated December 1976 from Indiana University, Bloomington with an MBA in marketing and finance.  From 1977 to 1992, Steve worked at RJR USA in Winston-Salem, NC in Brand Marketing and Marketing Research.  As a senior manager, Steve played an instrumental role with initiatives that enabled a 40 year market share decline to turn around. During this time, Steve started a residential construction business that became a fulltime endeavor after leaving RJR.

In 1997, Steve moved to Florida where he obtained his real estate license (Steve's father had been a realtor for over 25 years and was named "Realtor of the Year" three times in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as well as for the entire state of Indiana in 1984).  Within several months of starting his real estate career, it became apparent there was a strong need for a targeted direct mail program that effectively addressed homeowners #1 want for information on what properties sold in their neighborhood and other similar neighborhoods.  As a result, full-time efforts were immediately put into the development of "Neighborhood Reports" using his marketing, computer programming and entrepreneurial skills.

Michael B. Berry serves as President and COO of RSP-USA, Inc.  He was educated at Pace University in Business & Real Estate and has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry.  His career began as a real estate broker in NY State assisting the major corporations that included IBM, Xerox, Pepsi and Union Carbide.  He was recruited into corporate relocation in 1977 and had a very successful career of 21 years in relocation.  His last domestic position was as Senior V.P. of PHH Relocation & Real Estate Services (Cendant Mobility) managing all activity in the 13 Western states.

In 1994, PHH asked Mike to go on assignment to Canada as Vice President of Client Relations, Sales & Marketing.  He was responsible for these functions for all of Canada.  During this career he was awarded the National Sales Manager of the year and the President's Award for the most outstanding region.  Mike's strong management and sales background combined with his knowledge of the real estate industry provided the perfect enhancement to lead the management team of RSP.
