The communication of recent property sales to homeowners in a neighborhood has traditionally represented an effective means of generating leads and customer contacts.  However, most real estate agents are not as aggressive in their prospecting work as they need to be to continually bring in leads.  Also, among agents that do take the time to write/print/stuff/mail periodic neighborhood property value letters, many discontinue the practice because they get too busy (with leads generated from prior mailings) to keep it going.

RSP recognized this need to automate the method of searching, identifying and consistently reporting relevant property sales transactions to homeowners in target neighborhoods without the traditional overhead of more manual methods.
